Lucky and Me
The Challenge
Lucky and Me is an online retailer of soft and comfortable children’s underwear. They had a new website developed in 2013 in order to provide online sales. The site’s poor design destroyed their search engine rankings and the e-commerce functionality was extremely limiting and frustrating to use.
The Solution
We migrated the site from a custom PHP solution to WordPress and used WooCommerce as the shopping cart solution. Keyword research was performed in order to determine the best configuration for product catalogs. The improved search engine optimization has recovered and surpassed the original website, increasing from 8 top-20 keyword rankings to 25. The number of website pages indexed by Google increased 97% in three weeks.
